Tom has extensive experience in development projects providing training and support for people from director to supervisor and general staff levels. He has designed and delivered high impact development programmes across a wide range of industries. The areas covered include leadership development, coaching and mentoring, personal/team development and communication skills.

Tom has a keen interest in personal leadership, wellbeing and career development. Over the last twenty five years he has researched the area of leadership, people development and the field of human potential culminating in a MSc in Organisational Behaviour from Trinity College, Dublin. To date his extensive research has involved a multitude of workshops/courses and study of the works by all the established specialists in the field.

Tom works with groups and individuals and as a Competent Toastmaster has won a number of public speaking competitions at national level. He is a Chartered Insurer and has multiple qualifications in Coaching, Training & Development and Stress Management.

Séan is an International Professional and People Development Trainer/ Coach. He has over twenty years of experience in the training industry.  Séan has developed and delivered training courses to many successful businesses and organisations in countries including Ireland, UK, USA, Luxembourg, Italy, Russia, Lithuania, Israel and South Korea.

Séan focuses on providing interactive, experiential and empowering training and coaching which has an immediate positive impact in the workplace.  Séan has a keen interest in the mind and human potential. This is reflected in his unique style in that he first teaches people about how to use more of their mind and its infinite potential and then shows them how to apply this to their specific training and professional development needs. In 1997 Séan achieved 8th place in the Tony Buzan World Memory Championships.

Some of the areas that Séan has delivered training in include: Management and Leadership, Building Teams, Creativity & Innovation, Conflict Resolution, Negotiation Skills, Accelerated Learning, Mentoring Skills, Time Management and Personal Effectiveness.

Eva is the Office Manager of Sharry People Development Ltd. She is often the first point of contact with clients and looks after workshop scheduling.  Eva deals with daily administration, general finances and all invoicing. She is also involved in the development and graphic design of workbooks, brochures and presentations.

Eva has been involved in the area of personal development for the past 20 years after spending first part of her career working in marketing and public relations. In 2003 she achieved a Post Graduate Diploma in Art Therapy from Crawford College of Art & Design in Cork. In 2014 Eva achieved distinction in receiving her Advanced Diploma in Personal & Executive Coaching from Kingstown College, Dun Laoghaire, Dublin.
