Delivery of Workshops in Microsoft
Tom Sharry first delivered workshops in Microsoft over six years ago. Tom has delivered workshops on a wide range of topics in the soft skills area. In 2006 Microsoft EMEA recognised a need for a specialised inside (self) based workshop. I worked closely with Tom on the design of what is now known on our EMEA wide curriculum as Personal Empowerment. The workshop was launched two years ago and has now run very successfully in over ten countries across EMEA. Tom has both delivered the workshop himself and has trained two other trainers to also deliver the workshop. Microsoft has licensed Tom’s material on a non exclusive basis for use in this workshop. Tom is an excellent facilitator and his knowledgeable, passionate and personable style ensures that participants are fully engaged and learn a lot during the workshops. I look forward to continuing our strong relationship with Tom and Sharry People Development Ltd. into the foreseeable future

Leadership Development Programme in LEO Pharma
LEO Pharma have been undergoing very significant change in the last number of years. These changes have resulted in serious challenges for all of our personnel. There have been changes in the organisation design, changes in the responsibilities of directors and department managers and changes in line management responsibilities for Supervisors. Management also produced a plan for securing future investment in LEO Pharma which involved a reduction in the number of operational personnel required on the site. It was decided that significant supports would be given to this community of managers/supervisors including a comprehensive leadership development programme. Sharry People Development was chosen as our partner for the design and delivery of this leadership development programme. The project started early in 2008 and is on-going. The programme consists of a number of workshops as well as coaching support sessions delivered by Tom Sharry. I have worked very closely with Tom through the design phase and have also co-facilitated a number of the workshop sessions. Tom Sharry has been an important mentor to me and my colleagues through the startup, development and sales stages of our businesses in the occupational health and mental healthcare sector.
